SUMMER READING LIST

It’s so weird being out of High School. It was my life for 4 years and now it’s done. What?

Last day of High School, us Seniors decided to start a 2012 moshpit in the main hallway during the passing period, completely blocking it off. We went cray, threw glitter, left a huge stain on the floor, and it basically felt like being back at the football games where even though we didn’t all like eachother at times, we all banded together. It lasted for about 20 minutes before the cops were called to break it up and arrest people. High school ended 32 minutes ago and it couldn’t have been a better day.

People can now find you through Facebook. Time to make sure your Tumblr and Facebook email are not the same.

T-9 weeks till Bristol! But for now I have to go to work at 5 and make peoples Mexican cuisine dreams come true. Anyone know how hard it is to get a retail job in England? I kind of want to work with clothing rather than food in my neEeeEw life…

Also, today is Memorial Day and all I can think about is “I gotta know where you keep the gun man, do you do like…between the cheeks?” AMMMMURICA!!!

I hate that after party feeling where you never want to party again but then you’re like “jk” and you go through the circle of life all over again.

Step 221: Carry at least $10 cash on you

adulting:

You never know when you’ll need it. Bus fare, the Lebanese restaurant that unexpectedly only accepts cash, the $2 tip obligation that springs out at you — it’s just a good, solid strategy. Don’t spend it unless there’s no way to use your debit card.

International readers: Apologies for this entry’s USA-centrism. I think the guiding principle is to carry enough cash to pay for a cheap lunch.
